Cancellation Policy

Private Training Policy & Waiver Private training at Roots Muay Thai Academy provides personalized coaching in a supportive and structured environment. Introductory Session New clients may book one introductory private session for $30. This offer is limited to one session per person. Standard private training rates apply after the introductory session. Rates may vary depending on the instructor. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked 24hrs in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the session. Sessions are confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 2 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows may result in the session being forfeited and charged in full. Session Policies Introductory sessions are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions. Sessions are scheduled based on instructor availability. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in cost. All clients must follow Academy rules, instructor directions, and maintain a respectful training environment. Roots Muay Thai Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue training at its discretion. Waiver & Release of Liability By booking or participating in private training, you acknowledge that martial arts and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury, permanent disability, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and confirm that you are physically able to participate. You release and hold harmless Roots Muay Thai Academy, its owners, instructors, coaches, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Roots Muay Thai Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. By booking a private training session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Private Training Policy & Waiver.
