Intermediate

Continue Building Your Muay Thai

Intermediate Muay Thai is designed for students who have built a strong foundation and are ready to take greater ownership of their training. These classes provide a more independent training environment while continuing to develop technical ability, conditioning, and fight IQ through authentic Muay Thai training.

What Makes Intermediate Different?

Our Intermediate Muay Thai classes are intended for students with a minimum of six months of consistent Muay Thai training who are ready for a more independent training environment.

Unlike our Fundamentals and All Levels classes, Intermediate training is less structured and places greater responsibility on the student. Athletes are expected to arrive prepared, complete their warm-up independently, and take ownership of their training throughout the session.

Rather than receiving constant instruction, students are given a training focus and encouraged to problem-solve, adapt, and develop greater independence. Coaches remain available throughout class to provide guidance, corrections, and technical feedback while allowing students the opportunity to think critically and continue growing as martial artists.

Is Intermediate Right for You?

Intermediate classes are intended for students who have demonstrated consistency in training and a solid understanding of the fundamentals of Muay Thai.

Students should have at least six months of consistent Muay Thai experience, be comfortable training with partners in a controlled-contact environment, and receive coach approval before joining the class.

Progression into Intermediate isn't based solely on time. Every student's journey is different, and our coaches evaluate technical understanding, consistency, attitude, and readiness before recommending the next step.

If you're unsure whether you're ready for Intermediate, please speak with your Kru or PC Kru before attending class. We're happy to help determine the program that's the best fit for your current stage of training.

Ready for Intermediate?
