Our Youth Muay Thai program provides a structured and supportive environment where young athletes can develop confidence, coordination, fitness, and life skills through the practice of Muay Thai.
Whether your child is looking to build confidence, stay active, improve focus, or challenge themselves through martial arts, our coaching team is committed to helping them grow both on and off the mats. Training emphasizes respect, discipline, teamwork, accountability, and personal development while teaching authentic Muay Thai in a safe and positive environment.
Kids Muay Thai (Ages 7–12)
Our Kids Muay Thai classes introduce children to the fundamentals of Muay Thai through age-appropriate instruction, games, drills, and partner activities. Classes focus on creating a fun and engaging environment while helping students develop confidence, coordination, balance, and body awareness.
Students learn:
• Fundamental Muay Thai techniques

Teen Muay Thai (Ages 13–17)
Our Teen Muay Thai class bridges the gap between youth and adult training while providing coaching and structure appropriate for developing athletes. Students learn authentic Muay Thai techniques while building discipline, resilience, confidence, and accountability through consistent training.
Classes focus on:
• Technical Muay Thai development
• Conditioning and fitness
• Pad work and partner drills
• Confidence under pressure
• Discipline and accountability
• Goal setting and personal growth
As students progress, they develop not only physical skills but also the mindset required for long-term success both inside and outside the gym.
Teens train in an environment that encourages hard work, respect, and continuous improvement while preparing them for future participation in adult Muay Thai programs.
