Cancellation Policy

Free Trial Policy & Waiver Welcome to Roots Muay Thai Academy! We're excited to have you experience our community. Trial Classes New participants may attend up to 3 complimentary trial classes, to be used within 7 consecutive days of their first class. Trial classes are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 PM–7:30 PM and must be booked online in advance. Our Thursday Women's Community Class is always free and does not require a membership; however, online registration is required to reserve your spot. Our Saturday Women Who Fight class, led by PC Kru Cait, includes 1 complimentary trial class, which must also be booked online in advance. Trial Policy Complimentary trials are available to new participants only. Trial classes cannot be extended, transferred, paused, or redeemed for cash or credit. Unused trial classes expire after the trial period. Participants must follow all Academy rules, instructor directions, and our code of conduct. Roots Muay Thai Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation at its discretion. Membership Roots Muay Thai Academy does not offer drop-in classes. Continued training beyond the trial period requires an active membership, except for the Thursday Women's Community Class. Waiver & Release of Liability By registering for or participating in any trial class, you acknowledge that Muay Thai and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury, permanent disability, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and confirm that you are physically able to participate. You release and hold harmless Roots Muay Thai Academy, its owners, instructors, coaches, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Roots Muay Thai Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. By booking or attending a trial class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Free Trial Policy & Waiver.
