Muay Thai Mixed-Level Class (Intermediate Training Program)
Building skill through experience
This class is designed for students with approximately six months or more of Muay Thai training who are ready to progress beyond fundamentals. It focuses on continued development, technical refinement, and applying skills in more dynamic training environments.
Each session follows a structured format, beginning with a warm-up and followed by technical Muay Thai training. Depending on the focus of the class, training may include partner drills, pad work, bag work, and controlled sparring or clinch work.
Training follows our structured curriculum, introducing more advanced variations of technique while reinforcing strong fundamentals. As students progress, strategy, timing, and ring awareness are developed gradually to build confidence in realistic training scenarios.

Muay Thai Pads Class (All Levels – Beginner to Advanced)
Sharpening technique through connection
Our Muay Thai pads class is open to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced students. This session is focused on high-quality striking repetition, timing, and conditioning through structured pad work.
Each class is coach-led and designed to improve striking technique, combinations, and endurance. You’ll work directly with partners and coaches using Thai pads to develop realistic striking flow, power, and accuracy in a controlled training environment.
Beginners are supported with simplified combinations and guidance, while advanced students are challenged with more complex sequences, pace changes, and conditioning-focused rounds.
